We’re having beef stew for dinner. Who’s coming over? Yes, that’s a stock pot and yes, there are only two of us. So, as I said, who’s coming over?
I am using this recipe, but I’ve changed a lot of it – no bacon, turnips, mushrooms or peas, because I’ve never heard of any of those things in beef stew. That’s just nonsense, yeesh, haha. I was basically just looking for something to show me how to make it because I’ve never made it before. I also feel like I’m cheating because I used store bought beef broth – I’ve never done that before either, I usually do the broth myself.
It’s almost done and so far it smells and tastes great, so here’s hoping..
