I just finished reading Girl, Interrupted and I went to Amazon and I noticed there were a lot of mixed reviews, and even really terrible ones. I’m really surprised because I loved it. Almost every word resonated with me and I couldn’t put it down.
I’m not sure if it’s because I don’t compare books to other books, I only judge a book based on the love I get from it– regardless of how good or bad it’s written, though honestly, I think it was just fine– or maybe it’s simply that different things appeal to me; I don’t know, but I loved it.
